BTS Tools Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd is a recognized precision tools specialist which was established on December 2000 under BTS Holding group. BTS also have a subsidiary company in Thailand i.e. BTS Tools Manufacturing ( Thailand) Co. limited which was operated on April 2007 under BOI license. Thailand's plant was established to support the huge demand in cutting tools in Thailand’s market.

The main products are customized high quality precision carbide cutting tools which are fabricated based on customer requirement. We supply our cutting tools to main customers in Hard Disk Drive, Automotive, Watches & Jewelry, Dental & Surgical (Bio Technology) and Mould & Engineering industries. 

We also produce standard tools such as standard carbide end mill which was keep ex-stock for short delivery to customer.

Our tools are produced using the finest quality of tungsten carbide rods and using the best quality of diamond grinding wheels.

In 2008, BTS have developed ceramic cutting tools and become the first in Asia to provide such cutting tools.

Our plants are equipped with five special 6 axes and 7 axis CNC Grinding Machines from Switzerland and Germany to produce tools from 1 mm to 30 mm diameter and the cutting length up to 250mm with tolerance of +/- 2 micron. Our production lines are also equipped with full set of supporting machines.

Besides producing solid carbide tools, we also have machine facilities to produce brazed cutting tools and cutter.

Our quality Assurance Department is well equipped with Profile Projector, with Video Inspection Probe, Digital Micrometer, Calipers, Laser Marking Machine and other QC equipments to ensure that we deliver high quality products to meet customer satisfaction.

We offer solution to our customer in tools design through our R & D team, which have received training from Switzerland.

BTS are ISO 9001/2000 certified company since 2007.

Best Tools System is a trading company, which was established on October 1996. In the early years, it main focus is to supply tools for the automotive and pipe industries in the Northern Area inclusive Kedah and Penang. We carry the European Brand for special and standard inserts, carbide rods, blanks; Diamond and CBN Grinding Wheels and also supply German Chucking System.

Best Tools System can also provide engineering fabricated parts through its principal in Germany, which are mainly cater for pipe maker's machinery parts.
