Set your Trade Alert subscription to get news of fresh business opportunities before your competitors.

Subscribe:
If you would like to subscribe to Trade Alert, please take the following steps:
 
1. Sign in with your member ID and password at My WTExpo: www.WTExpo.com.com/myWTExpo;
2. Click "Modify Setting” in "Trade Alert";
3. Select the information wanted & the industry category.
4. Verify your email address and finalize your subscription.
5. Click “Update” button
     
After your subscription, you will begin to receive our Trade Alert at your designated email address.
Unsubscribe:
If you would like to unsubscribe to Trade Alert, please take the following steps:
1. Sign in with your member ID and password at My WTExpo: www.WTExpo.com.com/myWTExpo;
2. Click "Modify settings" in "Trade Alert" section;
3. Uncheck subscribed currently;
4. Click “Update” button
Update:
To update your Trade Alert settings, please take the following steps:
1. Sign in with your Member ID and password at My WTExpo: www.WTExpo.com.com/myWTExpo;
2. Click "Modify settings" in "Trade Alert";
3. Modify the information wanted & the industry category.
4. Verify your email address and finalize your subscription.
5. Click “Update” button
 
 
 
Please check for the following possible causes:
     
1. Make sure that your registered email address is available.
2. If the category you subscribed is rare, you are suggested to subscribe to more hot categories.
3. Can you receive other emails from WTExpo.com? If not, our email address is possibly screened by your mail server.
4. Can you receive emails from others? If not, there might be something wrong with your receive server.
5. Do you have enough space to receive our email? The size of trade alert is about 100K.
6. You are suggested to change the email address.
