up to 20 or 50 products catalogue.
To post a product, please take the following steps: |

Log in at "My WTExpo": www.WTExpo.com/mywtexpo

Click "Post Product" in "My
Products Catalogue"; |
| 3. |
Complete the product description; and upload
product image; |
| 4. |
Click "Submit" when done. (*

| If your product post fails,

"Tools" on the menu bar of the browser;
2) Select "Internet Options";
3) Click "Security":
4) In "Security", you can select "Default"
to restore settings, or select "Customize" to set
the JavaScript as enabled. Once your browser is enabled to
support JavaScript, you can continue to complete the form. |

If you
are still unable to complete your product post successfully,
please contact Customer
Service with your Member ID, telling them about the error
message, and we will sort it out. |

If you are unable to locate your product
on WTExpo.com, please check for the following possible causes: |
| |
|
|
|
1. Make sure that you are searching correctly.
For quickest results, search for your product by inputting
keywords that you entered when posting. Select "Products",
and then click "Search" and your product should
be listed in the Search Results. |
| |
|
|
|
2. If your product was posted within the
last 24 hrs, then it is still being processed by our editing
team and should appear on the site shortly. |
| |
|
|
3. Make
sure that your product has been displayed online. If not,
then please display by clicking "Delete Display Products"
in "My Products Catalogue." |
| |
|
|
4. Make
sure that you have not posted your information in "Trade
Leads" rather than "Product Catalogue." |
| |
|
|
|
If you still experience difficulties, please
send an email to Customer Service, including your Member ID
and the subject of your product posting, and we will follow
up. |

You can use picture processing software
such as Photoshop to compress your photo's size to less than
100K, which is the maximum size accepted by our system. |

4. Select a photo that is saved in your PC. Click "Upload
Now" to upload the photo to your Product Catalogue |

How do I repost/modify/delete
my product information? |

You only
can repost your product catalogue after 7 days
· To repost your product catalogue, please take the
following steps: |

1. Log in at "My WTExpo":
www.WTExpo.com/mywtexpo ;
2. Click “Products List" in "My Products Catalogue";
3. Select the product you want to repost;
4. Click "Repost". |

|
After
review and approval by our editors, your trade lead will be
posted online within twenty-four hours. |

| To modify your product information,
please take the following steps: |
| |
|
|
1. Log
in at "My WTExpo": www.WTExpo.com/mywtexpo ;
2. Click "Products List" in "My Products Catalogue"
;
3. Select the product's and click the “Edit” button
a the back;
4. Check the details and update your product information;
select a photo from your PC to replace the original one;
5. Click "Submit." |

Why does nothing
happen after I click "Select a category" |

If nothing
happens after you click "Select a category", the
most probable cause is that your browser does not support
JavaScript: |
