Your company profile and company free web site (WTE.FreeWeb) will automatically be created when you success fully register as WTExpo.com member.

Our editors will review and publish your Company Profile online within 24 hours.


	How do I modify my WTE.FreeWeb?	Top

1. Log in at "My WTExpo": www.WTExpo.com/mywtexpo ; 2. Click "WTE.FreeWeb”, in "My Home Page"; 3. Modify your web site description, Keyword and click “Update” to submit when done.


	Why does your system keep saying that my information is not in English?	Top

Please ensure that all information you input is in English, including punctuation. Any information that is not recognised as English will be highlighted in red, alerting you that it must be changed.


	Why am I having difficulty inputting my telephone number?	Top

You should enter your telephone number without any hyphens ("-") or other symbols (e.g. 1234567.)


	How do I modify my Company Profile?	Top

To modify your Company Profile:

1. Log in at "My WTExpo": www.WTExpo.com/mywtexpo ; 2. Click "My Information”, “My Company”, “My Security" in "My Profile"; 3. Modify your company information and click “Update” to submit when done.

After review and approval by our editors, your modified Company Profile will be published online within 24 hours. Please remember that you can only submit a modified Company Profile once within a twenty-four hour period.


	Why hasn't my modified Company Profile appeared online yet?	Top

If your modified Company Profile was submitted within the past 24 hrs, then our editing team is now reviewing it and should publish it online soon.


	How can I delete my membership?	Top

For security reasons, we do not permit members to delete their Company Profiles (WTExpo.com Membership) independently. If you wish to delete membership, please contact us.


	What is OEM?	Top

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) indicates that a manufacturer offers the service of manufacturing products to be marketed under another company's brand.


	How many categories can I choose?	Top

As a free member, you can choose up to 3 categories. As a Prime or Gold member, you can choose up to 5.
